Wildhaven produces handcrafted cruelty-free soaps
~ naturally!
In keeping with our name, we strive to protect our environment
and the critters that live in it. Our biodegradable soap is scented only with essential plant oils, never synthetic
fragrances. Their colors come from plants, herbs, spices and minerals - not from artificial dyes. What nature provides is
generous enough to produce a soap that is wonderfully fragrant, visually beautiful, as well as beneficial for skin care. What
more could we want?!
This actually makes us unique even among some other "natural" soaps.
Others have compromised to include less expensive artificial fragrance scents and bright artificial dyes, reasoning that these
only constitute a small portion of their ingredients. Compromise is something we will NOT do at Wildhaven.
We already
get bombarded with plenty of toxic chemicals everyday. So give your body a break ~ go natural!
We've also chosen to
make our soap completely free of animal products. Animal fats like tallow are very inexpensive and so are widely used in soapmaking
- especially commercial soaps. But tallow can be irritating to the skin - and the animals aren't too keen on it either!
Vegetable
oils, like olive oil, though much more expensive, are much milder. Try it and feel the difference!
